What are dental implants?

Dental implants are advanced solutions for replacing missing teeth. Made from titanium, these artificial tooth roots are surgically embedded into the jawbone, offering a strong foundation for artificial teeth.

Getting dental implants provide a permanent alternative to traditional dentures, improving both function and appearance. They restore essential aspects like chewing ability, speech clarity, and overall aesthetics, making them a preferred choice for tooth replacement.

At Perfect Smile, we offer top-quality dental implants provided by highly skilled dental surgeons. Our team uses cutting-edge technology to ensure your implants feel just as natural as your original teeth.

Single implant

An implant-supported bridge is a dental restoration designed to replace multiple missing teeth in a row. Unlike traditional bridges that rely on adjacent teeth for support, implant-supported bridges are anchored by dental implants surgically placed into the jawbone.

All on 4 implant

The All-on-4 implant technique is a popular dental solution for individuals needing full arch restoration, typically in the upper or lower jaw. It involves placing four strategically positioned dental implants to support a complete set of prosthetic teeth

Implant Retained Denture

eliminate the discomfort and inconveniences associated with traditional dentures because they are secured to strategically-placed dental implants in your jawline

Dental Implant Procedure: Step-by-Step

Dental implants are performed in several stages, and are divided as follows:

Phase 1: Implant Placement
our dental surgeon evaluates your oral health and discusses options The dental implants are carefully placed into your jawbone. The implants gradually bond with the bone over a period of 3 to 6 months in a process called osseointegration. During this time, you can wear temporary crowns or dentures and continue eating a normal diet as you heal.
Phase 2: Final Restoration
After the implants have bonded with the bone, small posts (abutments) are attached to the implants. These posts act as anchors for the artificial teeth (crowns or bridges). The permanent artificial teeth are placed, and the posts are hidden beneath them.

Immediate Implants and Temporary Crowns

  • In some cases, implants can be placed during the same procedure as a tooth extraction.
  • Immediate Provisionals allow for temporary crowns to be placed immediately after the implant, reducing wait time and the number of procedures.
