J’ai été suivie par le docteur Shady pour une pose de facettes et je le remercie infiniment pour son professionnalisme, sa patience et sa disponibilité.
Dans un premier temps, j’avais été suivie par un autre dentiste qui m’avait été recommandé par des amis. J’avais donc demandé des mock-ups. Malgré trois mock-ups réalisés, j’ai ressenti un manque de professionnalisme et, ne me sentant ni à l’aise ni en sécurité, j’ai préféré arrêter le traitement, même si cela m’avait déjà engendré des frais.
J’étais également assez perdue car j’avais un retour en France prévu, et le docteur Shady m’a très rapidement prise en charge afin que je puisse finaliser les soins et voyager sereinement.
Après mes recherches, c’est le docteur Shady qui m’a inspiré confiance — et je ne le regrette absolument pas. Le résultat est là : je suis très à l’aise avec mon nouveau sourire.
Le docteur est très à l’écoute, extrêmement patient lorsqu’on lui fait des demandes, et le rendu des facettes en céramique Emax est vraiment magnifique.
Je le recommande vivement à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent faire une pose de facettes. D’autant plus que le travail a été réalisé en moins de deux semaines, avec seulement deux rendez-vous, pose comprise.

I have been to several dentists in various countries but I have to admit this is the best Clinic I have been to from the cleanest, reception services and very prompt reply on WhatsApp. I had a smooth experience with Dr Ramez, I had 2 root canal treatment and truly didn’t feel any pain, he works like magician.
